SOFTWARE AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS CREATED BY TIGERLILY DIGITAL IS COMMERCIAL, AND PROTECTED UNDER BRITISH-HELD LAW.

Our software does NOT represent any medical, legal or otherwise professionally considered guidance unless duly noted on the software. These software titles should never be reversed, nor adapted or changed in any way. Our software products and their content (Product) are given AS IS, and any damages, failures, loss of data, disruption or resulting offences in all forms are not the responsibilities of the Authors (Tigerlily Digital and it's affiliates). No warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Product including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and that the user assumes the entire risk as to the use and performance of the Product. In no event shall the Authors be liable to the user or any other person for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of revenues or profits, business interruption, loss of business or personal information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, including any viruses or other problems of any nature or kind whatsoever, all of which such risks the user voluntarily assumes.
