Returns Policy

Most of our software development is bespoke for clients under contracted agreements. However for our publicly released software we provide you with our returns policy. Please note that all of our online sales is given in GBP (UK) and include VAT and it is company policy to charge in advance of e-delivery of our software.

Software sold exclusively from Tigerlily Digital's website (www.tigerlilydigital.com) is subject to the following returns policy.

Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Upon approval of a refund, please delete the application, all of its components, any registration codes, and fully downloaded versions from your handheld, cellular device and/or computer. By receipt of a refund, you are agreeing to remove the software.

All refund requests must be sent to support@tigerlilydigital.com with your full purchase details.

A full refund will be granted within 28 days of purchase for:

  • Approval of refund from Tigerlily Digital by contacting us via support@tigerlilydigital.com
  • Software not received due to error on Tigerlily Digital's part

Billing refund policy

We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for:

  • Software that has a free trial or demo version offered on the site.
  • Software purchased for the wrong device or mobile operating system.
  • Software downloaded to misconfigured devices and/or device manufacturer or cell network provider locks outside the e-delivery control of Tigerlily Digital.
  • Software ordered via a premium phone number (e.g. an Interactive Voice Response system) or Premium SMS.
  • Promotion code discounts not entered during the purchase process.
  • Any item 28 days after the purchase date.
